Of course that is great to hear, but some have had a bad experience, or been disillusioned by past cleans.
Some cleaners, normally untrained, shy away from fine fabric cleaning, colours running, weave distortion, over wetting problems. All these negatives lead to a poor job
Just like carpets and rugs, your treasured sofa will start to show signs of wear, body contact soiling from natural oils from your hair will start to soil the back headrest cushions. The Arm rests on your sofa will start to soil from grubby hands, that are constantly sweating, along with spillages to seated cushions and show scuffs to the front skirts.

After our "FREE" inspection and survey, the sofa is pre-vacuumed to remove dust, hair, debris etc.
All areas are pre-conditioned with a special fabric restorer solution which is brushed in and given a dwell time to break down all body fats and natural oils from soiled armrests and back headrest cushions.
This soil is then sheared away with a powerful, yet gentle spray of mild acidic rinse and steam at a rate of 200 to 250 psi and a temperature from 180 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. The soil is very quickly extracted back into our vans waste tank by the powerful yet gentle vacuum system. All the dirty water is taken away and not put down your sink or loo !!
Just like carpets and rugs, a mild acidic rinse is used instead of plain water. This stablises colour and helps to rinse away soils and pre-conditioner to ensure you the cleanest, softest and most residue free sofa possible.
Residue left in the fabric makes it sticky and allows soil to stick to it, making it appear dirty much faster. Our acidic rinse is designed to remove as much of the residue from the cleaning and past cleanings, giving you a sofa both cleaner and that will stay cleaner for longer as well as a quick drying time.
