Over a period of time that fresh clean appearance will start to look dull and grubby, especially walkways, this will cause permanent damage if your carpets are not professionally cleaned periodically.

Pre-vacuum
We pre-vacuum all areas to be cleaned, studies show 70% of soil in your carpets can be removed in a dry state. Our vacuum system is not your ordinary vacuum, ours is run through our extraction equipment thus its dry soil removal abilities are phenomenal.
Pre-conditioning
We spray all areas to be cleaned with a safe and powerful pre-conditioner. This pre-conditioner emulsifies and suspends soil, making it easier to remove in the extraction process. The products and cleaning agents we use are the very best available and are industry specific.
Agitation
The pre-conditioner is agitated to loosen soil embedded deep in the carpet that most vacuums miss. This also helps to raise the crush marks from heavy foot traffic, table legs etc.
Extraction with Acidic Rinse
In this process, we use Hot Water to extract the soil and pre-conditioner from the carpets. During this process we incorporate a mild acidic rinse instead of just plain water. This acid rinse helps to rinse away the soils and pre-conditioner to ensure you the cleanest, softest and most residue free carpets possible. Traditionally, residue left in the carpet makes it sticky and allows soil to stick to it making it appear dirty much faster. Our acidic rinse is designed to remove as much of the reside as possible from our cleaning process and past cleanings. This means that your carpets will be cleaner and stay cleaner for longer,the colours are left vibrant, sharp and sparkling clean and your carpet will be dry in a fraction of the time it normally takes.
All of the dirty water is extracted into a waste tank in the back of our van and is taken safely away and not put down your loo or sink !!
Grooming
Carpets are groomed to help raise the crushed nap from heavy foot traffic and allow better air flow through the carpet fibres, to better aid in the drying process. Pile must be correctly set whilst damp.
Turbo Drying
We use specially designed Fans to force dry all areas cleaned. In most cases areas cleaned are completely dry by the time we leave the job site. The convenience of this is obvious, with fast drying carpets, essential areas can be put back into use within a few hours of cleaning. Furniture is replaced when necessary and placed with our protector pads or blocks supplied.
